What type of Embroidery file do I accept?
DST format only
*A embroidery file for my machine is called dst format
this will transform the image into an embroidery file
Can I have new Merchcandise sent to you directly from the manufacturer ?
Yes , you can but there are terms and conditions to follow..please inquire
Do you carry merchandise blanks Merchandise?
Yes I do , you can shop these website and let me know what you want , we have partnershipped for whole sale prices with these vendors.

Can you do smalll orders or Big orders?
Yes I dont have a minimum but for big orders please send me an email for a personal quote

Can I have it shipped to me ?
Yes, I can ship to you but shipping cost are the buyers responsibility
Do you deliver locally ?
I am located in Oakland ,Ca …I can do scheduled drop off ONLY in Oakland
Outside of Oakland requires a drop off fee…please inquire based on location and my schedule
What is your turnaround time ?
I am a one person production team but usually two weeks but it really depends on how many orders I have, and how long its takes to finalized your digitized design
How is the Payment process?
When the order is placed, an advance of 50% is made and the rest of payment when the order is delivered.
Set-up fees are charge at the beginning
